This dedicated portal allows PCF Sparkletots centres to seamlessly place, track, and manage PCF Staff uniforms online.

1. Authentication & Security Policy

To prevent unauthorized orders and protect organizational data, access is restricted strictly to official PCF email domains:

  • Accepted Domains: Only email addresses ending in @pcf.org.sg are authorized.

  • Shared Centre Mailbox Login: Centres must use their designated shared mailbox (formatted by district and block number, e.g., <district><block>@pcf.org.sg). This allows any authorized staff member at the centre to manage orders while keeping past records unified.

2. How Passwordless Sign-In Works

We utilize a passwordless sign-in flow for security:

  1. Navigate to the PCF Staff Portal.

  2. Enter your centre’s official shared mailbox email (...@pcf.org.sg).

  3. Check your centre inbox for a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP).

  4. Enter the verification code on-screen for instant access to B2B ordering and centre billing.

3. New or Unverified Centre Mailbox?

If your centre's shared mailbox is not yet recognized upon sign-in:

  1. Scroll down to the Request Centre Access section on the login page.

  2. Submit your centre branch details, district code, and official shared mailbox address.

  3. Our verification team will review and approve your centre's mailbox permissions within 2–3 business days.

  4. Once provisioned, your shared mailbox will be able to self-authenticate via OTP sign-in.

4. Individual Staff Self-Purchases (Non-B2B)

If you are an individual PCF staff member looking to purchase additional PCF staff uniforms for your personal use (outside of your centre's official uniforms allocation and B2B billing):

  • Personal Retail Accounts: You do not need to use the centre's shared B2B mailbox.

  • Separate Checkout: Simply create or sign in with your regular personal retail account on the main store.

  • Payment & Delivery: Personal purchases are completed using standard personal payment methods and delivered directly to your chosen address, separate from the B2B portal.

  • Can I use a personal email (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) for B2B centre orders?

    No. Personal email domains cannot access centre pricing or B2B billing to prevent organizational staff impersonation.

  • Who receives the B2B login OTP?

    The code is delivered directly to your centre’s shared @pcf.org.sg mailbox so duty staff can access the portal without sharing passwords.

  • How do I buy extra uniforms for myself?

    Visit this link to purchase the staff uniforms. Use the main retail store account rather than the B2B portal. Individual purchases are handled via standard consumer checkout.
